About myself:

My name is Shi Yuan Chen, and I am a rising senior at Amherst College who one day aspires to work at a hedge fund. Backed by my strong background in math, computer science, and economics, I am most interested in the quantitative side of things. My main goals thus far have been soaking up knowledge, gaining some experience, and most importantly, building a network of contacts. I am currently working as a summer intern at Ferrand Consulting Group, where I develop financial models for a software application that is used everyday in public finance.
